Applications Submission

At Ifetayo we take your privacy and the security of your personal information seriously. As a result we require all completed applications be submitted via our secure server. Please Note: Incomplete applications will be discarded.

There are 2 very simple steps for submitting your application. Step 1: Choose the appropriate, editable pdf application below and save it to your computer's hard drive. PLEASE NOTE: When saving the file to your hard drive you must create a new file name for the application that you’ve downloaded. For instance: "yourname_teacher_application.pdf" or "yourname_staff_application.pdf." Once you have saved the file to your hard drive with the new file name please fill it out completely. Step 2: Upload your completed application, with the new file name (example: "yourname_teacher_application.pdf" or "yourname_staff_application.pdf"), to our secure web server by clicking here.

Cultural Arts Program (CAP) Teaches students fundamental skills in dance, music, drama and visual arts to provide them with an avenue for creative expression and a vehicle for self-knowledge.   Accompanist Assists with the rhythmic learning of the students and must work in collaboration with the teacher.   Assistant Teacher Assists teachers with implementing activities for the day, reviewing and enforcing class management agreements, and exploring and learning class material.   Cultural Arts Program Associate Responsible for organizing and implementing the highest level of artistic programming for children ages 2-24.   Dance Teacher Responsible for creating, implementing and developing a dance curriculum and related activities for youth in the Cultural Arts Program.   Martial Arts/Capoeira Teacher Responsible for creating, implementing and developing a martial art/capoeira curriculum and related activities for youth in the Cultural Arts Program.   Music Teacher Responsible for creating, implementing and developing a music curriculum and related activities for youth in the Cultural Arts Program.   Theater Arts Teacher Responsible for creating, implementing and developing a theater arts curriculum and related activities.   Visual Arts Teacher Responsible for creating, implementing and developing a visual arts curriculum and related activities for youth in the Cultural Arts Program.
